Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate all of our clients. To ensure fair scheduling and availability, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to the cost of the service.
3. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.
4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, and the full service charge will apply.
